Raising a voice for London during the plague. Wellcome Images
WE’RE RAISING HISTORY’S VOICE!
We’re kicking off our new campaign, Raising History’s Voice! Help us spread the word about the Partnership of Historic Bostons - post about us on social media, tell your friends and neighbours, forward our emails. And, most of all, let us know why you think the 17th century - and organisations like us, dedicated to 17th century New England history - matter.
Between now and April 23, we’re getting the word out with Raising History’s Voice. Our future lies with you. Add your voice, let everyone know about historicbostons.org
And if you think that bold, honest 17th century New England public history matters, here are some other options for you:
Join us as an ongoing volunteer. Knowledgeable about fundraising? Keen to help organise our online events? Adore Instagram? We need you!
Make a donation to make our free public events possible (right now, our costs outweigh contributions).
Contribute to specific short-term projects. Publicise two presentations on the Revolution Before the Revolution. Investigate new scholarship on King Philip’s War. Or gather together best resources on enslavement in early New England. There’s plenty to chose from.
Whether short-term or long, or whether you’re simply curious, fill in our volunteer form or write to us at phbostons@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you asap.
Thank you for joining Raising History’s Voice. Help us to raise voice by adding yours!
